I had so much fun meeting baby Luca three weeks ago! I shot Megan and Matt’s maternity session back in March, and I remember how excited they were to meet him. I loved getting to see how much joy Luca has brought them already!

Luca was awake and alert for most of his newborn session and stared so sweetly at his mommy and daddy throughout the afternoon. We took some photos in his beautiful nursery that was filled with soft shades of blues, grey, and white. I love that we were able to incorporate their dogs, Milo & Cooper, into the photos too! Sometimes it can be challenging to get dogs to look at the camera, but these two were so easy to photograph! Megan and Matt told me I would get their attention by shouting “Daycare!”, and it worked like a charm! LOL
