If you have been around here for awhile, you know how much I love Yolandi & Nick! They are some of my favorite people, and now they have a precious baby girl for me to love too! It was so special to get to take her newborn photos. We started her session in her beautiful nursery which was filled with soft pastel colors and floral accents. I was able to get those classic, sleepy newborn photos as well as a lot of awake photos too. Liani was so expressive and made us laugh quite a bit at the different faces she would make!

I really love in-home lifestyle newborn sessions because of how personal they are. From the bookshelves made for her by her daddy, the little sock booties made by her grandmother, a knitted blanket from her great-grandmother, and a photo on the dresser of her great-grandfather, Liani’s nursery had so many sweet personal touches that add so much value to these images.

I just love all of these photos so much! I knew while I was taking them that I was going to have a lot of favorites, but I ended up with 55 favorites for the blog!! I can’t wait for you to take a look below!
