I am so excited to share this anniversary session with you today! One of my favorite couples celebrated one full year of marriage last month. Yolandi & Nick are two of the sweetest and most genuine people that I know, and they have been such a blessing in my life.

When Yolandi and I were discussing locations for her anniversary session, I told her about Kawachinagano Japanese Gardens in Carmel. I told her that I had never photographed here before, but that it looked beautiful in photos I had seen. She immediately agreed to the location, and I am so glad she did! This garden area is small, but it is very quiet and serene which was perfect for some intimate photos to capture their love for one another.

Yolandi & Nick, I absolutely loved getting to take these photos for you! Thank you for being such great friends to Jordon and I. You really have been a blessing to us in more ways than you know, and it has been such a pleasure doing life with you during your first year of marriage!
